Here's how we helped Best Bite become rockstars in their local community!

PHASE ONE

We started by creating a social media content strategy. This strategy consisted of food photography, cinematic food prep videos, and videos with more of a personal touch with the owner and his wife.

We believed that a personal connection was key to growing their brand awareness within the community. The content production involving the food itself was geared towards making their audience crave the food, day and night!

We then developed a Facebook Advertising strategy. The strategy involved paid ads, to drive traffic to the website, leading to more online orders. The ads also generated more walk-in traffic. We announced monthly specials through the ads as well as in-store contests.

Our ads targeted their local community with laser precision. We also created a custom ad audience based on those that ordered on the website, as well as those who engaged with the ads.

PHASE TWO

For every $1 spent on ads, we generated $2 in online orders. The 2x return on aad-spend is very impressive considering how much food has to be sold by a restaurant to make a return on their investment.

This return does not include walk-in traffic generated by the ads. This makes the results even more impressive!

We also achieved a 215% increase in organic reach as well as a 53% increase in followers.
